About me...

Hi, I’m Emma, a qualified Sports Massage Therapist based in the heart of Knaresborough.

With nearly a decade of experience working in physiotherapy and rehabilitation for the NHS, I’ve seen first-hand how pain and limited mobility can affect people’s everyday lives.

I launched Daily Summits with a clear mission: to support people in reaching their own personal summits. Whether that is getting through a workday without back pain, picking up your grandchild with ease, or smashing a fitness goal, I’m here to help you get there one tailored treatment at a time.

I’m trained in sports massage therapy, cupping therapy, and hot stone massage, and put people at the heart of everything I do. I don’t just treat symptoms, I listen carefully, look for the root cause, and guide you with movement and self-care tools that fit into your life.
